All services and products provided by AyadiPro may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage, or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, adult material (both legal/illegal), Website related to gambling services, Dating websites; material we judge to be threatening or obscene, or material protected by trade secrets and other statutes. AyadiPro is not responsible for any claims resulting from the use of our products and services. This is also true for sites that promote any illegal activity or content that may be damaging to servers or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to Adult sites (both legal/illegal), websites providing violence, gambling, Dating or sites discriminating races, religions, ethnicities and gender, and warez/pirated software, serials and hacker programs/archives are prohibited.

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE, CANCEL, OR SUSPEND SERVICE AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION.

WEB HOSTING SUSPENSION AND DATA LOSS

AyadiPro will work with web hosting already in plan or set up by Client. However, AyadiPro shall not be held responsible for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages resulting from possible lapses in hosting services caused by No payment. Such possible damages include any lost profits or business interruption or loss of digital data.

INTERNET MARKETING PACKAGES & REFUND POLICIES

MONTHLY PACKAGE POLICY

All Internet Marketing package discounts are good for the first month of service only. Packages will be billed at current regular monthly prices on the same date of the following month. All monthly charges are billed after service is provided at the end of each month.

Internet marekting package prices are good for twelve whole months. On the 1st month of the second year of continued service, customer will may be offered a Loyalty Discount Rate, based on the current regular prices at that time.

  1. Prices subject to change without notice.
  2. If you cancel your service, or we cancel for non-payment, your current rate will be cancelled.
  3. Any new orders placed will be billed at rates current as of the date of purchase.
  4. This is not a contract. You may cancel your monthly service at anytime at the end of each month, the cancellation will be granted the following month (30 days).

REFUND POLICY

Because AyadiPro Digital Marketing Services begins the research and strategy development process immediately, we DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS after the order has been submitted successfully. As our customer, it’s important that you understand this before purchasing our services online. We don't charge in advance, we bill and charge you when the service is completed each month.

We do, however, understand that there may be exceptional circumstances that may take place in regard to the services we supply.

Therefore, we WILL honor refund requests under the following two circumstances:

  1. Non-delivery of service: If for any reason, your services do no begin as scheduled, due to factors on our end, we will issue a refund. Request must be made in writing, via postal mail or email, or by accesssing your account and submitting a ticket in our PMS http://pms.ayadipro.com, within 7 days of the date service is scheduled to begin.
  2. Site access issues: There may be times when we are unable to access your website, blog and/or social network in order to publish your content or optimize your site. If it is deemed that the access issues are on our end, and we unable to resolve them within 5 working days, we will issue a refund.
